fix: Align Gradio version to resolve dependency

GroTE version >=0.1.10 requires a Gradio version within the range of [4.29.0, 5.0.0).

However, the Gradio SDK version specified in the `README.md` metadata
was `4.26.0`, which is incompatible with this requirement.

This commit bumps the Gradio version to 4.44.1 to satisfy the `grote`
dependency and ensures the `sdk_version` in README.md is consistent.
