Fix verse marker placement for 37:130 after word split

Update num_words from 3 to 4 for verse 37:130 in surah_info.json to match
the DK script split of إِلْيَاسِينَ into two words. Fixes ۝١٣٠ rendering
between the two words instead of after them.
