# Archived Learnings

Archive policy:
- When a category is at the bullet budget, merge/dedupe first.
- If it still exceeds the cap, move older/low-value bullets into an archived file.
- Keep archived files named by category and date (e.g., `2026-02-12-architecture.md`).
