Reproduces [gradio-app/gradio#10107](https://github.com/gradio-app/gradio/issues/10107) on the released gradio 6.20.0.

Send `plot` to get a bokeh chart, then send anything else and watch the chat area while the reply streams. The chart flickers and the view flips between the top and the bottom of the conversation on every streaming update.

The fixed counterpart is [gradio-10107-after](https://huggingface.co/spaces/hysts-debug/gradio-10107-after), which runs the same app on the build from [PR #13678](https://github.com/gradio-app/gradio/pull/13678).
