Implement dynamic runtime configuration to fetch Supabase secrets from backend

Support SUPABASE_URL and SUPABASE_KEY secret names as fallbacks in Dockerfile build arguments

Pass Supabase keys as build arguments instead of hardcoding them

Update Dockerfile to use npm install instead of npm ci
