# Backup demo video — recording checklist

Record **even if** the live pitch will be live. Judges forgive a short clip if Wi‑Fi dies.

## Capture (3–5 minutes total)

- [ ] Terminal: `uvicorn` + `continuous_demo.py` visible or mentioned.
- [ ] Browser: **Live Threat Feed** scrolling with detections.
- [ ] **Attack Timeline** with at least one incident.
- [ ] **AI Investigation** filled (narrative + recommended actions).
- [ ] Click **Replay last chain** — show replay badges on rows.
- [ ] Pan to **Powered by AMD ROCm** panel.
- [ ] Optional: quick flash of `POST /ingest-logs` or OpenAPI `/docs`.

## Technical tips

- **Resolution:** 1920×1080, 30fps minimum.
- **Audio:** short voiceover OR captions (OBS / QuickTime + captions in post).
- **No secrets:** blur `.env`, webhooks, API keys if shown.
- **File name:** `SentinelAI-demo-backup-YYYY-MM-DD.mp4`
