Fix stuck drag state and drag-move feedback loops
incognitolmBlockly's BLOCK_DRAG event only has isStart; isEnd is never set, so drag-end cleanup never ran. The position poll kept emitting block_drag_move forever, collaborators never cleared the dragging label, and every tick saved/broadcast XML. Treat isStart === false as the end and add a pointerup fallback for missed events. Prevent two collaborators from fighting over the same block: the latest drag start takes ownership server-side, the displaced dragger is told it was superseded and stops broadcasting/saving, remote drag updates are ignored for the block being dragged locally, and straggler moves after drag_end are rejected. Poll only changed positions plus a 1s heartbeat, keep remoteUpdateRef set through the async BLOCK_MOVE flush, sweep abandoned drags server-side, and make drag clearing block-aware.b000883 -
Fix mid-stack block insertion and reconnect resync
incognitolmInsertion: use Blockly's Connection.connect semantics on collaborators so dropping a block between two connected blocks reattaches the displaced occupant below it. Drag-end now force-saves the final XML so insertion converges even if the connect event is missed. Reconnect: join_project now acks with the live block snapshot (and rehydrates from persisted data). Reconnecting clients pause block/script writes, drop queued transient ops, apply the server snapshot, and discard drags that overlap the resync. save_project merges live block state so stale autosaves cannot erase connected users' blocks.24c6984 -
