fix: serve FastAPI+Gradio via uvicorn, not demo.launch
I766446demo.launch() was starting only the bare Gradio server, causing all FastAPI routes (/tasks, /grade, /reset, /step, /health etc.) to be unreachable from the platform validator. Now app.py uses uvicorn.run(app) where app is the gr.mount_gradio_app result — FastAPI is the outer app with Gradio UI mounted at /ui.516bed8 -
