Some initial hacking at the data service

Cleaned up initialization code.
Just messing around, mostly. Added some initialization code to the LLM based on nothing but want to extend the pattern. Removed the OpenAI API key from the global variable for safety. Explored some testing patterns for a context manager to separate TDD for the __exit__ method. Added documentation for running the application locally. Added support for localization, but it didn't do what I wanted. I was hoping to extract all constants into the localization files, but that appears not to be how this system of i18n works.f49d5d2 -
