Make the timestep budget settable from the UI
Verified signatureThe 2M smoke-test budget came from the NUM_TIMESTEPS env var, which is only injected at container start -- so changing the run length meant editing Space settings and restarting. Adds a timesteps field next to Start. NUM_TIMESTEPS remains the default, so behaviour on boot is unchanged. Also resets the step counter on start, which previously carried over from the finished run.9907ec9
