FastAPI service for querying CourtListener legal data via DuckDB.

## Endpoints

- `GET /` - API info
- `GET /health` - Health check
- `GET /rows/{config}` - Get paginated rows
- `GET /search/{config}?q=query` - Full-text search
- `GET /filter/{config}?where=clause` - SQL WHERE filter
- `GET /opinion/{id}` - Get opinion by ID
