# HackAPrompt Intake

## Extraction Goal

Use the public HackAPrompt repo prompt levels as a normalized seed set while keeping the gated competition dataset marked as unavailable.

## Working Assumptions

- Preserve the public prompt level descriptions from `gradio_app.py`.
- Treat the public repo as a partial source only.
- Keep the private dataset access gap explicit in notes.

## Blocker

The full competition dataset is not available in the public clone, so only the exposed prompt levels and evaluator scaffolding were extracted.
