Deploy to HF Spaces: Docker setup, CPU inference, env-gated config
- Dockerfile: two-stage build (node:22-slim → python:3.11-slim), port 7860 - USER user moved before model downloads; chown only on empty dirs (saves ~1.5 GB layer) - COPY --chown=user:user on all /home/user targets; no final chown -R layer - facexlib runs as root (site-packages write); all other downloads as uid 1000 - BiRefNet .float() fix for FP16→FP32 CPU inference - detect_text: job.steps[0].original_image fix - TS unused-var fixes across 5 frontend components - .gitignore: excludes re-downloadable weights, runtime dirs, dev artifacts - .gitattributes: ml_models/lama.pth tracked via Git LFS (~197 MB) - README.md: HF Spaces YAML front matter (sdk: docker, app_port: 7860) Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>a3953cb
