Fix broken SVG logos in Hugging Face org card (add referrerpolicy="no-referrer")

Added `referrerpolicy="no-referrer"` and `crossorigin="anonymous"` to all
external SVG <img> elements to bypass hotlink blocking from keepersecurity.com.

This ensures certification logos (ISO, SOC 2, FedRAMP, GovRAMP, HIPAA, etc.)
load correctly when the README renders on Hugging Face.
