# **SPARK** : **S**&T **P**olicy **A**nalytics **R**easoning Model by **K**ISTEP  
**SPARK** is an innovative Korean language model developed for the field of Science and Technology Policy.  
_'AI for Everyone, AI for Everything, AI Everywhere'_ is KISTEP's motto.
and we actively leverage AI technology to develop internal services and lead the organization's AI transformation.
SPARK was developed under this vision to strengthen expertise in science and technology policy and provide accurate information.
To build a language model specialized in KISTEP's domain (Science & Technology policy), internal document data was collected, 
and documents from the science and technology field were gathered and utilized from the national open-access platform.
