SERVICE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made on Feb 5, 2024, between TechCorp (Client) and DevStudio (Contractor).

1. SERVICES. Contractor will build a web application.
2. PAYMENT. Client shall pay Contractor $50 per hour. Payment is due within 90 days of invoice receipt.
3. TERMINATION. Client may terminate this agreement immediately without notice for any reason. Contractor must provide 30 days notice.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. Client owns all work product, including pre-existing IP of Contractor incorporated into the work, forever and globally.
5. LIABILITY. Contractor’s liability is unlimited for any damages caused. Client’s liability is limited to $100.
6. JURISDICTION. This agreement is governed by the laws of Mars.
