# 🧠 LTX-2.3 Gemma text encoder — API backend

Private encoder backend for the LTX-2.3 Pre-Production Playground (adapted from
`linoyts/gemma-text-encoder` to LTX-2.3). Runs Gemma-3-12B + the 2.3 embeddings
connectors and returns final embeddings (video/audio encodings + attention mask) as a
`.pt` — positive and, when `encode_negative=True`, negative (for the dev two-stage CFG
path). Handles prompt enhancement too. Set `HF_TOKEN` (gated `Lightricks/LTX-2.3`).
