tighten up the UI, make it more compact

turn this into a full-width layout

three columns! column 1 chart + tabs under it, column 2 order book, column 3 quick trade etc

get rid of the website footer, give me more of an app footer

give me a tighter full-width layout

add buttons to start and stop training, and start and stop trading. in the header add a Paper/Live toggle

lets move the RL Trading Bot Trainer to a tab next to History - call it 'Trading bot'

a futures/crypto trading interface with a main tradingview chart with indicators, right hand sidebar with trading contols, a tabset underthe chart - cryptowat.ch vibes
