# Transcriptomes Explorer

Interactive static browser for the three-species crab transcriptome project.

The Space contains precomputed assembly summaries, functional annotation examples, differential-expression results, three-dimensional expression projections, and over-representation analyses. The browser loads lightweight JSON snapshots and does not require a Python runtime, GPU, or external database connection.
