Update entrypoint script to specify port in command line for consistency

Set default PORT environment variable in entrypoint script and remove redundant port specification in command

Refactor Dockerfile and entrypoint script: removed unnecessary packages, set default for SKIP_LLAMA_CPP_BUILD, and changed server port to 7860.
