Same change to date filtering from-to based on recent changes,
but now it will show the latest updated base within the date range and bases selected, rather than only a single latest updated date (when no bases are filtered). Still single entry per search.
Also added an overlay of "which bases were updated", sorted by the most recent, to clarify why the model appears on multiple dates. Currently not interactive.
