Support partitioned data layout, replace bar charts with line charts

Serve benchmark data from repo-root data/ at /data
Morgan FuntowiczThe Space is static and only serves dist/, so data/ must be copied into the build output. A Vite plugin now: - serves repo-root data/ at /data during vite dev - copies data/ -> dist/data during vite build update-data-index scans data/ (repo root by default, or a path argument) and writes the manifest inside it. Fixes 'No datasets found' when data is added to the Space repo's /data folder.a68c481 -
Fetch data from absolute /data path (bucket-mounted on the Space)

Split dashboard into Models | Kernels tabs with per-category charts
