Update to Gradio 5.0.0 for latest features and performance

- Upgrade Gradio from 4.7.1 to 5.0.0 in requirements.txt
- Update SDK version in README.md metadata
- Remove deprecated Chatbot parameters (show_copy_button, bubble_full_width)
