      بيتم <b>مباشرة وبشكل مستقل بين الطرفين، خارج المنصة تمامًا</b>. المنصة لا تقبض، ولا تحوّل، ولا تضمن، ولا تراقب
      أي مبلغ مالي بين المستخدمين.

        "نيّة" منصة إلكترونية الهدف منها ربط أصحاب المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة بمستثمرين محتملين، عن طريق عرض
        المشروع وفكرته ودراسة الجدوى (لو موجودة)، وتسجيل "نية" استثمار مبدئية من المستثمر. المنصة حاليًا في
        مرحلة تجريبية (Proof of Concept) ولا تعمل كوسيط مالي مرخّص، ولا كشركة استثمار، ولا كجهة تمويل.

    <h2><span class="num">2</span> إخلاء المسؤولية المالية والقانونية</h2>

        <li>المنصة <b>لا تتحقق من صحة الأرقام المالية</b> اللي بيدخّلها صاحب المشروع (الإيرادات، الأرباح، التقييم).</li>
        <li>المنصة <b>لا تضمن جدية أو ملاءة أي مستثمر</b> يسجّل نية استثمار، ولا تضمن دفعه للمبلغ فعليًا.</li>
        <li>المنصة <b>لا تصيغ عقود</b>، ولا تراجعها، ولا تضمن تنفيذ أي طرف لالتزاماته.</li>
        <li>أي خلاف مالي أو قانوني ينشأ بين صاحب المشروع والمستثمر هو <b>مسؤوليتهما الكاملة والمباشرة</b>،
            ولا تتحمّل "نيّة" أي جزء من هذه المسؤولية.</li>
        <li>لا تتحمّل المنصة أي خسارة مالية، تعطيل، نصب، أو ضرر ينتج عن أي تعامل تم عبرها أو نتيجة التواصل من خلالها.</li>

    <h2><span class="num">3</span> مسؤوليتك الكاملة كمستخدم</h2>

      <p>باستخدامك للمنصة، إنت بتتعهد وبتوافق إنك:</p>

        <li>هتتحقق بنفسك من هوية الطرف التاني وجديته قبل أي اتفاق أو تحويل فلوس.</li>
        <li>هتوثّق أي اتفاق مالي أو شراكة بعقد مكتوب رسمي أو موثّق قانونيًا، ومش هتعتمد على أي محادثة داخل المنصة كسند قانوني.</li>
        <li>هتستشير محامي أو مستشار مالي قبل الدخول في أي التزام استثماري أو تمويلي.</li>
        <li>هتتحمّل وحدك أي قرار استثماري أو تمويلي تاخده بناءً على معلومات ظهرت على المنصة.</li>
        <li>لن تحمّل "نيّة" أو القائمين عليها أي مسؤولية مدنية أو جنائية عن أي نزاع ينشأ بينك وبين طرف آخر استخدمت المنصة للتواصل معه.</li>

    <h2><span class="num">4</span> معنى "تسجيل النية"</h2>

        تسجيل "نية استثمار" هو مجرد إبداء اهتمام أولي غير مُلزِم قانونيًا لأي من الطرفين. لا يترتب عليه أي التزام
        بالدفع من المستثمر، ولا أي التزام بقبول العرض من صاحب المشروع. الالتزام الفعلي يبدأ فقط بعقد مكتوب

        من تطابق الاسم مع الحساب. هذا التوثيق <b>لا يُعد ضمانًا لجدية المستخدم، ولا لملاءته المالية، ولا لصحة
        نواياه</b>، وهو إجراء لتقليل الحسابات الوهمية فقط، وليس ضمانًا من "نيّة" بأي شكل.

    <h2><span class="num">6</span> الإبلاغ عن مشاكل</h2>

        لو حصل معاك أي محاولة نصب أو سلوك مريب من مستخدم آخر، بلّغ عنه فورًا من خلال زر "إبلاغ" الموجود
        على البروفايل أو المشروع. المنصة هتراجع البلاغ وممكن توقف حساب المخالف، لكن هذا إجراء داخلي إداري
        فقط ولا يُعد تعويضًا أو مسؤولية مالية من المنصة تجاه المتضرر.

        على حقوقك أو التزاماتك.
