docs: translate PRD into DOX hierarchy

Rewrite root llms.txt from flat PRD format to DOX structure with
Purpose, Ownership, Local Contracts, Work Guidance, Verification, TODO,
and Child DOX Index sections.
Create child DOX files:
- projects/llms.txt — three-app overview
- projects/crittercalm/llms.txt — Backyard AI app
- projects/focusfriend/llms.txt — Focus companion
- projects/tinybard/llms.txt — Text adventure generator
- shared/llms.txt — Inference client + aesthetic tokens
