# Persly Inc.

**Persly** builds AI for the patient's side of care — not the clinician's.

The people we build for are living with a serious diagnosis or managing a chronic
condition. They hold their own records, and they are the ones left with the
questions after the visit ends.

We are working toward a **digital twin of the patient**: a model that holds one
person's clinical history and can reason over it — what has happened, what is
likely next, and what would change if something were done differently. Answering
questions is the surface. Underneath it we are building a **world model of a
patient's course over time**, learned from that person's own records.
