fix: Resolve STT service restart loop by removing conflicting Dockerfile

- Remove Dockerfile that conflicts with gradio SDK configuration
- Keep gradio SDK in README.md for ZeroGPU compatibility
- Backup Dockerfile as Dockerfile.backup for future reference
- Resolves HF Spaces restart loop caused by SDK/Docker conflict
- Allows proper Gradio app startup with WebSocket mounting
