**To remove one or more nodes from the cluster**

The following ``decrease-replication-factor`` example decreases the number of nodes in the specified DAX cluster to one. ::

    aws dax decrease-replication-factor \
        --cluster-name daxcluster \
        --new-replication-factor 1
