Improved system prompt of AB to make it more descriptive.

Add landslide early warning report and current situation report for December 19, 2025

Refactore dynamic AB to focus on descriptive statistics. Removed corrupted sitrep with wrong deaths numbers. Updated naming convention for flood reports to have dates in title.

Updated also the flood tab to use the simplified geojson.

Simplified also the monitored_rivers.geojson reducing size by 2.

Replaced the districts.geojson with a simplified version since this was causing the reruns and the glitches.

Refactor sit rep scraper to reflect new report structure with alst three columsn merged

Simplified flood tab to load geojson with only monitored rivers

Added flood tab with live alerts. Updated landlsides tab to show divisions and unosat layer of landslides.

Restructure: move app to repo root (no PDFs)
