Provider registry for FastMCP auth providers.

Decorator to register an auth provider with a given name.

**Args:**
- `name`: The name to register the provider under (e.g., 'AUTHKIT')

**Returns:**
- The decorated class

Get a registered provider by name.

**Args:**
