Add kiosk mode with a capture cooldown
Enable with ?kiosk=1, optionally ?cooldown=<seconds> (default 180). After a successful reconstruction the capture controls lock behind a countdown while the viewer and downloads stay live, then reset for the next guest. The deadline persists across reloads, staff can shift-click the countdown to skip it, and kiosk mode hides the example gallery and project links.
