# Savalera
Savalera is a company founded in 2013 that started its Agentic Lab in February 2025. We're a team of curious minds who:
- Work with organizations to harness diverse data sources and build AI solutions that solve complex data-driven problems.
- Explore how AI can foster healthier communication, collaboration, and psychological safety in teams and communities.
- Develop evaluation frameworks focused on the "soft skills" of AI - how systems handle interpersonal dynamics, emotional intelligence, and psychological safety rather than just problem-solving
We're really interested in how AI can support people when emotional intelligence and social awareness matter most.
Our Agentic Lab is where we experiment, learn, and share what we discover with others through open datasets and tools.
