- Fix critical bug: vaccine costs were 2x too high (now .96 vs .92 per person)
- Add comprehensive cost-effectiveness analysis with all 8 key outputs
- Add new cost_effectiveness.py module
- Expose vaccine price, delivery cost, and treatment cost in UI
- Add waning immunity parameter (protection duration)
- Improve UI clarity for cost parameters (total for 2 doses, not per dose)
- Update coverage.py, demo.py, data_readers.py for new cost structure
- Remove non-functional perspective selector from UI
