Developer Notes

Auth currently uses `localStorage.usn` to resolve server user ids. Consider JWT or sessions.
Chunked upload backend endpoints are pending (frontend exists).
Styles live under src/app/.../styles. AddUpdateForm has a CSS file under the upload updates styles.
