add main.py for server initialization; update file handling in DatabaseUpdater and improve context retrieval in ToolCall

fix tool call when tool call arguments is in chunk

migrate to langchain pinecone and use groq tool call model

add tool call to inform team in case of insufficient context

remove rag tool for better performance

add tool calls and implemented knowledge base
