+# Welcome to the Small Language Model Consortium, an initiative by OpenCerebral! 🤗

+The **Small Language Model Consortium (SLM Consortium)** is an initiative dedicated to the advancement and betterment of the SLM community. We aim to promote **cooperation, research, and development** in the field of small language models.
