Fix: Update deprecated APIs and dependencies

## Fix: Update Space to work with current Gradio/dependencies

This PR fixes the following issues:

- Replaced git-based `diffusers` install with PyPI release for build stability

The Space is currently showing as `RUNTIME_ERROR`.
