# Example clips

Drop a few short mp4 driving clips here (3-4 is plenty) and they'll show up in the demo
as clickable thumbnails next to the upload box. Any fps/resolution is fine — they go
through the same re-encode path as a user upload (`reencode_to_fps` in `app2.py`).

A first-frame thumbnail for each clip is generated automatically and cached in
`.thumbs/` (regenerated if the source clip changes).
