Split the GPU work from process_fn, and build the model at startup on the selected device
Verified signatureprocess_fn carried the GPU decorator itself, so nothing was checked before a GPU would be reserved on ZeroGPU. It now checks the inputs and hands the model work to a decorated function, so the Space runs unchanged on any hardware. The model was rebuilt on the device by the first request, which on ZeroGPU happens on every call. It is now built at import, which ZeroGPU's CUDA emulation allows.ff1949e
