Download checkpoints with hf_hub_download
Verified signatureHfFileSystem.download wrote straight to the final path, so a download that ended early left a truncated checkpoint, which every later request then failed to load with "PytorchStreamReader failed reading zip archive". hf_hub_download moves a file into place only once it is complete.3649733
