Introduce a full starter project for a Minecraft server management panel. Adds an Express backend (server.js) with REST APIs and WebSocket streaming for logs/metrics, automatic server setup/download helpers (backend/auto-setup.js), git integration (backend/git-manager.js), and a process manager for launching Minecraft Java/Bedrock servers (backend/process-manager.js). Also includes a React + Vite frontend (src/...), project metadata, README, .env.example, package.json and basic static/index.html to run locally.
