## Conventions

Each phase doc carries the same six sections so you can scan any of them quickly:

1. **Goal** — one paragraph.
2. **Deliverables** — file paths + CLI commands that must exist when the phase is done.
3. **Done** — checked items, with file links.
4. **Pending** — unchecked items, in execution order.
5. **Open questions / decisions needed** — anything blocking, or anything I'll default if not answered.
6. **How to verify** — exact commands to confirm the phase works.

When a phase finishes, move all unchecked items to **Done**, update the table above, and bump the "Last updated" date here and in the phase doc.
