Add question, correct answer, and accuracy to Selected Tools tab
timchen0618Backend loads new columns from HF datasets (question, correct_answer, correct). Frontend shows: question + answer in header, accuracy % in stats banner, correct/incorrect badges (✓/✗) on sidebar items and header.
