alot issues i've findout , it's responsive, first skelaton laoder to perticular blocks , after that , and the header don't have anything like floating rouded corner navbar , also it's not legitimate as it's not have centralized data.json for all data , iterally data from header to footer , components , charts , widgets , dynamic pages , in that dynamic pages linked to the header or footer , in each pages , the metadata aong with data of widgets , etc.
