Set these in your HF Space secrets:
- `OPENAI_API_KEY` - OpenAI API key
- `QDRANT_URL` - Qdrant cloud URL
- `QDRANT_API_KEY` - Qdrant API key
- `COHERE_API_KEY` - Cohere API key (for embeddings)
