Simplify workflow: Remove automated HuggingFace deployment

- Renamed workflow to 'Security Check' since deployment is manual
- Removed deploy-to-huggingface job
- Keeps security scanning with Snyk, Bandit, and Safety
- Manual deployment to HuggingFace continues as before
