Update code and add mlflow export script

update calibration conformal json and train_eval.py to use the new conformal calibration method. Update pipeline.py to use the new conformal calibration method.

fix the best k selection for inference

Added find_best_k.py to find the best k for KNN and updated README.md with instructions on how to use it. Also made some improvements to app.py, infer.py, train_eval.py, and pipeline.py for better performance and usability.
