# Troubleshooting Common Issues

## Tasks Not Syncing

Try the following steps:

1. Refresh your browser or clear your cache
2. Check your internet connection
3. Ensure you're on the latest version of TaskFlow
4. If using the mobile app, force-close and reopen it

## Can't Invite Team Members

Check the following:

- Verify you haven't hit your plan's member limit (Free: 10, Pro: 50)
- Ensure the email address is correct
- Confirm the email hasn't already been invited

## Integration Not Working

To resolve integration issues:

1. Disconnect and reconnect the integration from Settings > Integrations
2. Verify you've authorized TaskFlow in the third-party app's settings

## Forgot Password

To reset your password:

1. Click "Forgot Password" on the login screen
2. You'll receive a reset link within 5 minutes
3. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive

**Note**: Reset links expire after 24 hours.
