# HistAgent online demo

This Space generates a ranked molecular readout from paired local and context
H&E images using the released HistAgent checkpoint.

The Space owner must add an `HF_TOKEN` secret that:

1. belongs to an account with accepted access to
   [`prov-gigapath/prov-gigapath`](https://huggingface.co/prov-gigapath/prov-gigapath);
2. has **Read access to contents of all public gated repositories you can access**
   enabled.

The demo uses ZeroGPU and requests a GPU only while inference is running.

HistAgent is intended for research use. Its generated ranked genes are
predictions from histology, not measured transcript counts.
