Refactor logo animation and update service worker cache

- Updated the logo animation in `logo-intro.svg` to enhance visual effects and timing.
- Changed the service worker cache version from v7 to v17 and removed an unused logo file.

+An admin can choose several class teachers from the class's own student list. The assignment is scoped to that class:
+a person may teach one class and remain a student in another. Developers can edit every class; subject admins can edit
+only classes in their assigned subject.

+A class teacher opens **שיעור חי**, chooses their class and starts its single active session. Students see active sessions
+from their registered classes in the same tab. A six-digit code is also shown as a fallback; any signed-in account may
+join with it for that session only, without becoming a member of the class. The teacher chooses an existing sentence or
